The only City facility currently available for rental is the Community Center located at 500 W. Hickman St, Hutchins, TX 75141.
The Community Center is a standalone event room facility that seats a maximum of 108 people. This is located just next to the City Library. The kitchen is included in the rental fee for the facility, and contains refrigerator with freezer, oven/stove top, and sinks. Tables and chairs are included. (Set-up is not provided at this facility).
