The Hutchins Municipal Court provides citizens with fair, efficient, and courteous judicial processing of fine only Class C misdemeanors. The Hutchins Municipal Court handles Class C traffic offenses, parking offenses, and non-traffic offenses related to city ordinances violations.
The City of Hutchins Municipal Court is open to the public. Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Court window is closed for lunch from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
The Hutchins Municipal Court continues to enforce strict social distancing and continues to hold virtual court appearances using Zoom online video conferencing.
