The Community Services and Parks Program oversees the Hutchins Community Center, Atwell Public Library, Senior Services, and the Parks & Recreation Board. The Department also sponsors community programs, special events, and other activities for both children and adults.
Recently, the City Council approved the creation of a new Keep Hutchins Beautiful Advisory Board (KHB). This will allow community members to take part in new initiatives to make Hutchins an even better place to live.
